1. Selection of office location

Location is the site where office building is situated. An office generally stays in one location for a number of years. It is expensive to move to new locations. The location can be in city area or urban location and suburban location.

The office building should be carefully selected. Three choices are available for selection of office building.

It involves high investment in construction. It is also time consuming.
