Job evaluation is a technique of analyzing, rating and determining the
    value of jobs in the organization. It is a process of comparing different
    jobs in order to establish their relative worth. It is an output of job
    analysis. The main purpose of job evaluation is to rate the job and to
    develop fair wage structure as per the worthiness of the job.
  Objectives Of Job Evaluation
  The main objectives of job evaluation technique can be highlighted as
    follows:

  Job evaluation analyzes and compare several jobs to determine the
    worthiness or value of each job. It helps to rate the job according to its
