The information or idea to be sent should be able to give clear meaning. Ambiguity should be avoided in the message. Clear communication increases efficiency in the work.

Every communication should have certain objective. Without specific objective, communication process becomes useless and waste of time only. Objectives are giving orders and instruction, providing information, getting replies etc.
